Warren Sapp Arrested for Domestic Battery

With stars from far and wide flocking to Miami for the upcoming Superbowl, Warren Sapp may have to miss kick off as the NFL player and analyst was arrested on Saturday morning for domestic battery according to new reports.

According to TMZ, the Dancing with the Stars alum was taken in by Miami Beach Police at 5 AM at the Shore Club Hotel for allegedly attacking his girlfriend, who had,” a swollen right knee and bruises on the back of her neck.,” as stated in the police report.

While Warren told police that he was trying to help the victim out of bed and she fell, his girlfriend has a completely different story.


Even though she claims that Warren invited her back to his room, he barged in, “grabbed her and began to choke her,” over an argument based on who she had been hanging out with the night prior, TMZ reports.

Warren came to his own defense while speaking with authorities according to TMZ, as the sports figure says he just wanted her to leave because he was, “expecting company.”


Sapp, who serves as a talking head for the NFL Network, was in Miami for tomorrow’s play off game between the New Orleans Saints and the Indianapolis Colts.

In between celebrating in style, Kim’s been busy making sure her man is ready for the big day.

“Lots of just focusing, lots of good dinners, massages, just totally relaxing,” she told drama scene of how she’s helping Reggie prepare. “It has been such a surreal experience. Brittany passed away in December and was found in the shower at her home by her mother. She is also survived by husband Simon Monjack

Kevin Federline and ex-girlfriend/baby mama, Shar Jackson will be appearing on Celebrity Fit Club together. In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, K-fed blames his wait gain on the stress of his highly publicized divorce from pop singer, Brittney Spears, and his old age. The blogs nick-named him K-fat after a tabloid picture surfaced showing how much weight he had gained. (Don’t forget Bobby Brown will also be on the show, too)

“I went through a lot of things and I definitely say that those things contributed to me gaining weight for sure,” says Federline, referring to all the media scrutiny he underwent as a result of his much-publicized split from ex-wife Britney Spears.

“When I saw this picture, I did not think that I was that big,” he said. “I thought it was Photoshopped. You know? And, then I realized that I was just letting myself go.”

“There is a little bit of stuff you will hear between me and Shar,” he says, “but, I mean, I really went there focused on my weight and my health for the sake of me and my family.”

I also noticed that people were shocked by how much weight Shar Jackson gained on the show. In real life Shar Jackson only gained 30 pounds. Certainly a lot of weight for her frame, but not enough for the obese comments I read on twitter. Then it hit me that they are confusing Shar Jackson with Tanisha Thomas of the Bad Girls Club, who is also appearing on this season of Celebrity Fit Club.

There have been several pregnant rumors about Beyonce and none of them have been proven. It’s not like she will ever come out and tell us if they’re true or not, unless she writes a tell-all-memoir when she’s gray. Anyway, rumors have suggested that Beyonce was pregnant by Lyndell Locke, and that she had an “abortion” when she was a teen. I do think that is a question that’s off limits. Honestly, it’s just a bit too personal for my taste, but Mr. Locke addresses the issue:

Never a Failure, Always a Lesson For Rihanna

Rihanna doesn't dwell on the past. She's got the tattoos to prove it.

Along with the Grammy Awards Sunday comes the unfortunate reminder of last year's incident with Chris Brown on the eve of the music biz's biggest night.

But the "Russian Roulette" singer is focusing on the future. To that end, on Ellen today, Rihanna expounded on the latest of her "approximately 13" tattoos.

"It reads, 'Never a failure, always a lesson,'" the 21-year-old said. "Basically, it's OK to make a mistake, just don't make them twice." Words to live by!

Which, naturally, leads to questions about her current status in the land of love, where she has recently been linked to baseball star Matt Kemp.

"No, I'm single," replies Rihanna, echoing what she said yesterday.

"Really? What about the guy we keep seeing you with?" asked a surprised Ellen, referring to Kemp, who has been seen frequently with Rihanna.

To which Rihanna simply answers with a laugh. While we would love more info from her, at least she's smiling before the Grammys this year.

As for the Grammys Sunday night, she said she is "excited" about being nominated for Best Rap/Song Collaboration with Jay-Z and Kanye West for "Run This Town."

"This was actually the first  music we did since the last Grammys," she said. "It's exciting that it's nominated. We cannot wait. We hope we bring home the bacon."

Even if she doesn't, she'll enjoy this year's show more than last. Rihanna's appearance at the 2009 Grammy Awards was cancelled after Chris Brown ... you know...the beat down. SMH!!!!

Steven Jackson: Accusations Are 'Hurtful, Untrue'

NFL star Steven Jackson is denying the allegations made by his ex-girlfriend that he beat her back in 2009 while she was 9 months pregnant with their son.

The St. Louis Rams running back just released a statement to Drama Scene saying, "It's disheartening that I have to address any alleged allegations 10 months later, but I have read the accusations made by Supriya Harris, and they are untrue."

Jackson continued, "The accusations are especially hurtful because those who truly know me know that those actions would be out of character for me."

Jackson acknowledged that Harris is the mother of his son, and described the boy as "a son that I love and that I willingly support emotionally and financially."

He concluded, "I will address this matter thoroughly through the appropriate avenues, but not through the media." You have to respect that!

Michael Jackson's estate has a new creditor's claim -- thanks to on e R. Kelly. Is he serious? No....for real is he serious?

Michael sang Kelly's song "Ignition" in his car as part of the TV show, "Michael Jackson's Private Home Movies" -- but never paid for it.

Universal Music Publishing Group, which owns the rights to the song, wants Jackson's estate to pay $3,000. Universal attached a contract to the creditor's claim, showing the fee in black and white.

Will estate lawyer Howard Weitzman pay the claim or pee on it?

This is reall BS and Rkelly knows it! I guess if I sang in my car he would sue me to!

A 10 year-old Lady Gaga fan accidentally hung herself while allegedly listening to the controversial Pop singer’s music. Megan Williams is stated to have been dancing when she put a dressing gown cord around her neck.

According to Daily Mail, the young U.K. schoolgirl tied the cord to a bunk bed which ended up tightening as she danced around the room resulting in her getting strangled to death.

The young girl was discovered by her 15 year-old brother who alerted his mother that she had hung herself. Her mother Lisa Williams who at first didn’t believe her son attempted to revive her from tips she had seen from an airing on television. Unfortunately 10 year-old Megan Williams, who was taken to the hospital in critical condition, later died. In the report, it states that her life support was shut-off after 24 hours.

The young girl’s mother states that this isn’t the first time that Megan and her two sister’s have played with the cord in which they tied to the bunk beds and swung from. Lisa Williams said that on one occasion she cut the cord down, and also even attempted to hide the cord in a bin which they seemed to have found.

One of Megan Williams’ sister is quoted as being heard by an inquest that she tied the gown cord to the bunk at the top and created a loop at the bottom for her leg so that she could pull herself up.

This is one of the many reasons to inform kids on the dangers of playing with cords, especially school age children.

Meanwhile, her mother states that not a day goes by without them thinking of Megan who is described as a chatterbox and really mischievous.

Megan Williams’ death was recorded as accidental.

Kevin Federline admits weight gain was caused by depression from divorce with ex Britney Spears

Kevin Federline has taken a lot of hits for his weight gain, and now Britney Spears' ex is opening up about the depression that led to it.

"Once you get depressed, you don't really feel like doing anything," Federline told "Access Hollywood" correspondent Maria Menounos.

"You're kind of discouraged about yourself and then the weight gain too, or that makes me more depressed. I mean, it's a combination of all of those things."

Federline, who is a contestant on VH1's upcoming "Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp," dispelled rumors that he fattened up for the television gig.

"They called me and they asked me if I wanted to do it and I had maybe 24 hours to decide because the show started taping the next day after that weekend," he said. "It just couldn't have come at a better time."

Federline revealed his mental health began to suffer after his public divorce from Spears in 2006.

"Everybody knows what happened with me and Brit," Federline, 31, told Menounos. "

I'm not going to say that's the total cause of it but, I mean, just not being happy with myself was probably the main part of my depression."

After slimming down for "Celebrity Fit Club," Brit's babies' daddy says he's getting his life back on track.

"I think as time goes on, it keeps getting better and better and better. I mean, I'm really happy the way that my life is going right now, I really am," said Federline.

And he's happy for his ex, too. "I'm in the best possible scenario right now," he said. "I'm really happy for her."

Christina Milian Sued over Vicious Dog Attack

Christina MilianChristina Milian's 81-year-old neighbor claims he was mauled by one of her dogs back in 2008 -- and now the man wants Christina to pay for the canine's alleged brutality.

Leo Skolion filed a lawsuit against Christina and family earlier this month in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming the family's negligence lead to the attack that left him with "severe personal injuries."

Leo tells TMZ it all started in October of '08, when Christina's home had "flooding problems" which caused a gate between their properties to become damaged.

Leo says he went over to speak to the family about repairing the gate when one of their dogs escaped ... then attacked him from behind and bit "a huge chunk" out of the back of his arm.

The 81-year-old claims it took 19 stitches and 9 months of rehabilitation to get back to normal -- and that he still has to receive psychiatric help for fear and depression.

Leo is suing Christina -- real name Christine Flores -- her mother Carmen and her sister Danielle for an undetermined amount.

Calls to Christina's camp have not been returned.

I am in full belief of this story about 22 yr old Torlan Pittman, who is the son of a Bryan Texas federal prison camp officer. His mother Mrs.Pittman was one of the meanest women in the federal prison camp! I know because i was once an inmate at the federal prison camp! I recall on several occassions she would make crude,mean and snobby comments to all female inmates....as spoken from several inmates she would make nasty remarks such as "you shouldn't have done it and you wouldn't be here" also "don't cry now...you wasn't crying when you were doing what you were doing and nothing like this would ever happen to me or my family or children."

It's such a shame that this women would repeat to other federal officers what your private phone calls were about and would flat out make you feel like sh**!!! Among all the officers she was one of the worst. The other officers were kind...well spoken and very open to helping you better your situation at the prison facility. Some even shared personal life stories...But not Mrs.Pittman. She was very nasty,cruel,mean and flat out disrespctful...in the eyes of the beholder "you reap what you sow" I am eager to hear her thoughts now!!! In Mrs.Pittman's words..."it aint my fault!!!!! get over it and do your time!!!!"

DALLAS — Defensive lineman Torlan Pittman was suspended from the SMU football team Tuesday after his arrest on rape charges.

Pittman and another athlete, Sean Weatherford, are accused in the sexual assault of a 22-year-old woman that is alleged to have taken place last fall in Huntsville, Texas.Pittman's mother and his attorney told News 8  they are both very upset he was kicked off the team, insisting he is innocent of the charges. In handcuffs and on his way to processing at the Dallas County Jail, Pittman quietly defended his innocence Tuesday morning. He would only shake his head "no" when asked what happened on the night of the alleged assault.

Pittman's teammates are watching the events unfold in disbelief.

"I was kind of shocked and surprised," said Robert Mojica, a safety on the SMU squad and a friend of Pittman. He said the entire squad remains optimistic about the outcome of the case.

"He's innocent until proven guilty," Mojica said. "I think its important that we look at both the girl's side in it and the guy's side just to make sure that we're making the right judgment call," said SMU sophomore Marielle Cheppel.

"I hope it's not true, and I hope that he didn't get kicked off the team for nothing," said Kevin Ashmos, a senior at SMU.

Britney hit up the Steve Madden store in the Valley over the weekend and bought 2 pairs of boots.

We're told Brit paid for the new kicks with a credit card, but the card had the name of one of her bodyguards on it.

The store employees gave Britney a hard time over the card ... because she signed her own name on the dotted line. We're told Britney convinced the clerk the person named on the card is an employee of her company and she was entitled to use it.

Here's the thing: Under the terms of the conservatorship Britney has a credit card with a limit of $1,500 a week!

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama said Thursday that “one of the largest relief efforts in our recent history” is moving toward Haiti as he continued to mobilize the U.S. response to the island’s devastating earthquake.

Obama said the U.S. government is initially directing $100 million toward the relief effort, a figure he said would certainly grow over the year. “This is one of those moments that calls out for American leadership,” he said.

The death of one American citizen from Tuesday’s 7.0-magnitude quake was confirmed, with three others known to be missing, said State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley. The State Department is not releasing the identity of the dead American, pending notification of next of kin.

Crowley said the U.S. embassy has made contact with nearly 1,000 American citizens in Haiti, only a small fraction of the estimated 45,000 Americans in the country.

Born Michael Lawrence Tyler, Mystikal was sentenced on January 16th, 2004 to six years in prison after pleading guilty to forcing his hairstylist to perform sex acts on him and his bodyguards. Two years later, he was convicted on two federal misdemeanor charges of  failing to file tax returns in 1998 and 1999. He was allowed to serve his year  long federal sentence on those charges concurrently with the six-year state sentence.

Over the past few months, Beyoncé's father and manager, Mathew Knowles, 58, has been coping with personal and professional drama – including a divorce, a reported paternity suit, and now, the departure of one of his biggest clients.

On Tuesday, singer Michelle Williams, 29, one-third of Destiny's Child, announced she was leaving Knowles's company, Music World Entertainment. "From my time in Destiny’s Child to my solo career, I am grateful for everything Mathew and his team has done for me," she said in a statement. "We've shared great success together. However, as I move in a new direction in my career, I felt it was time. I wish Mathew Knowles and the Music World Entertainment family all the best."

Knowles's camp tells DRAMA SCENE "Michelle is a gifted artist. Her contribution to the Music World family with Destiny's Child and as a solo artist was extraordinary. The decision to part ways is amicable and we wish her success with her future endeavors."

Last year, Kelly Rowland, 28, the third member of Destiny's Child (who, as a teen, lived with Knowles and his wife, Tina), also left the company.

"Beyoncé has kind of distanced herself from her father too," adds the insider. "A lot of his personal stuff was overshadowing what was being done for Michelle. She got fed up and decided it was time to move on.”

Wyclef Jean is pleading for people to "act now" to help victims of the devastating 7.0 Haitian earthquake, which officials feared could leave thousands dead.

"Haiti today faced a natural disaster of unprecedented proportion, an earthquake unlike anything the country has ever experienced," the Haitian-American music star wrote on his blog. "I cannot stress enough what a human disaster this is, and idle hands will only make this tragedy worse. The over 2 million people in Port-au-Prince tonight face catastrophe alone. We must act now."

Jean, who established the non-profit organization, Yele Haiti Foundation, in 2004 to provide scholarships to the country's impoverished children, is encouraging people to text "Yele" to 501501, which will automatically donate $5 (to be charged to cell phone bills) to the Yele Haiti Earthquake Fund, or to visit Yele.org and click "donate" to aid in the relief effort.

Those wanting to aid in relief efforts can also text "HAITI" to 90999 to donate $10 to the American Red Cross. "The Red Cross is always thinking of new ways to help out and this is a great new initiative that takes [donating] to a new level. A lot of times when you donate money to charities, you don't know where it's going to," Masi Oka, a Red Cross Celebrity Cabinet member, told TVGuide.com last week. "By having this online gift catalogue, you can select this disaster relief group or whatnot. You select exactly where you want to give and it's reassuring to know where your money is going."

Jean said he learned about the earthquake while on the phone with a friend in Haiti. "She says, 'I think an earthquake is coming.' And the phone goes off," Jean told CNN's Anderson Cooper on Tuesday night. After 45 minutes, Jean said he got a text from his friend, who said buildings started collapsing around her.

The musician said he later got a text that said a rapper named Jimmy O, who is part of the Yele foundation and went to Haiti to do a mix tape, had died in the quake — and asked for verification. "I urge everyone who's listening right now that knows how great this kid is in Haiti — I need y'all to verify this information," he said. "It would be a terrible loss for us."

Jean also called on the 4 million members of the Haitian diaspora to step up for their countrymen. "My urgency right now is really a cry of freedom saying we really need a state of emergency, like right now," he said. "We just came from the hurricane and it seems like it's a disaster after disaster, but I think the Haitians that are in America now, we need to step up."

– A major earthquake hit impoverished Haiti on Tuesday, toppling buildings in the capital Port-au-Prince, burying residents in rubble and causing many deaths and injuries, witnesses in the city said.

The magnitude 7.0 quake, whose epicenter was inland and only 10 miles from Port-au-Prince, sent panic-stricken people screaming into the streets as a cloud of dust and smoke from falling buildings rose into the sky.

As darkness fell amid scenes of chaos and anguished cries from victims, residents desperately tried to dig out survivors or searched for missing relatives in debris-strewn streets.

The presidential palace was among buildings damaged, Haiti's ambassador to Washington, Raymond Alcide Joseph, told CNN. "My country is facing a major catastrophe," he said.

Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere and has a history of destructive natural disasters. Some 9,000 U.N. police and troops are stationed there to maintain order.

The quake, followed by aftershocks, prompted a tsunami watch for parts the Caribbean but this was later canceled.

"Everything started shaking, people were screaming, houses started collapsing ... it's total chaos," Reuters reporter Joseph Guyler Delva said in Port-au-Prince.

"I saw people under the rubble, and people killed," he added, saying he had witnessed dozens of casualties.

U.S. President Barack Obama said his "thoughts and prayers" were with the people of Haiti and pledged immediate aid.

The United States would provide both military and civilian disaster assistance to the Caribbean country, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said at the start of a speech on Asian relations in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Her husband, former U.S. President Bill Clinton, who is the U.N. special envoy for Haiti, also pledged assistance. The Inter-American Development Bank said it would provide $200,000 in immediate emergency aid.

A rep for the LA district attorney’s office denies claims that Dr. Conrad Murray will face criminal charges for the death of Michael Jackson, but other reports say otherwise.

Despite reports to the contrary, Michael Jackson’s physician Dr. Conrad Murray will not be indicted on charges of involuntary manslaughter.

Jane Robison, a spokesperson for the L.A. district attorney’s office told Entertainment Weekly : “Nothing has changed. It’s a bogus report. We don’t have the case.”

One thing that has changed is Michael Jackson’s death certificate. It’s been confirmed with the L.A. Country coroner’s office that the document has been amended – attributing the superstar’s June 25th death to “acute propofol intoxication” and “intravenous injection by another.”

Still, no formal charges have been leveled against Dr. Murray.

A spokeswoman for Dr. Murray also sent EW the following statement:

“We have refused to comment on stories involving unnamed sources and will continue to do so. However, we can confirm that we have not received notice of an impaneled grand jury and Dr. Murray has not been invited to testify. J. Michael Flanagan was added to Dr. Conrad Murray’s defense team this past week. His offices are in Glendale, California.”

This is certainly not the news Michael Jackson’s family and fans have been waiting for.

If they can’t mount a decent enough case to put him in jail, shouldn’t his licensed at least be revoked? Or worse:  Shouldn’t he be sentenced to an 8-hour concert with Jermaine Jackson? Something, anything….this guy shouldn’t be allowed to just get off for what he did.

Indeed, Monyetta Shaw’s name has been linked with a lot of male celebrities – most recently Steve McNair.

Adam Lambert is heading to “The Oprah Winfrey Show.”

The “American Idol” rocker confirmed the news on his Twitter account.

“Oprah: def true!!! :)” Adam wrote on his Twitter account on Thursday night. However, details weren’t immediately available about when the star would appear on Oprah’s talk show.

While Adam is sticking to singing now, the former reality star, who got his start in musical theater, has aspirations of another type of television work – acting.

“If I had to pick a show to guest star on I’d loooooooove to be on True Blood. Or Weeds,” Adam wrote of the HBO vampire drama and the Showtime suburban drug-dealing housewife program. “Those shows are amazing. Prob need some major acting classes though first. The casts of both those shows are first rate.”

And it appears Adam has an interest in the Upper East Side too.

“Oh yeah. I’d love to be on Gossip Girl too! Leighton is amazing. I should be blairs shopping buddy. Hahah,” he noted.

Gabourey Sidibe Heading For 'The Big C'

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Gabourey Sidibe's not just "Precious" - the star is heading for television.

At their Television Critics Association event in Pasadena, Showtime announced that the actress will guest-star as a sassy student named Andrea in "The Big C," a new drama starring Laura Linney about a school teacher who discovers she has cancer.

In clips shown at the event, Gabourey makes sarcastic comments in class and is caught sneaking a cigarette by Laura.

The release of Lil Wayne’s long-delayed rock album has been pushed back an additional six months — just weeks after it was accidentally shipped out to 500 fans.

Season-three 'American Idol' champ denies rumors of losing her house and getting bailed out by Simon
Fantasia Barrino has had an interesting career since winning the third season of "American Idol" in 2004. She's released two albums, with plans to release a third this year; made the Lifetime movie "Life Is Not a Fairy Tale," based on events in her real life; and starred in "The Color Purple" on Broadway. Now, Fantasia will finally show the world her true self in her new VH1 show "Fantasia for Real," premiering Monday at 10 p.m. ET.
In the show, the singer wants to clear up all those crazy rumors that have been out there about her, most notably the one about her house being up for foreclosure and "Idol" judge Simon Cowell bailing her out. She said she's still living in the house she was reportedly losing back in 2008.

"The foreclosure thing was false," she told MTV News. "But someone was coming after my house. I own two homes, and they were put up for auction and all this lawsuit stuff was very new to me. Some of the people that I worked with in the beginning, who kind of said they'd take care of everything, well, they didn't quite have my back like they said they did."

She said the rumors were especially hard on her since she was working to support her family. "It was just embarrassing, especially when it's me and all of my family, and I fought so hard," she explained. "And the house that I'm in now is just one of my dream homes, so up until the very last day, we began to pack things up, and I paid out of my pocket. No, Simon Cowell did not help me with anything! And they finally settled and I'm in my house now, which you will get to see me in on the show."

With 2008 behind her, she wants her fans and critics to get the story straight from her instead of from the gossip rags. "I felt like everybody was allowed to sit back and watch that stuff, and I've always been an open book ever since I was on 'Idol,' " she said. "I've always given the real me. But I kind of wanted everyone to hear it from the horse's mouth, how things kind of went down, what the truth is, and kind of watch me as I rebuild my dynasty and kind of grow up from some of the things that were hindering me."

One might say we are haters but Miss TT, Looking to be in good spirits depite the fact that her fiance, Casey Johnson recently passed away, Tila Tequila was spotted outside out of her Hollywood, CA home earlier today (January 7).

The reality TV star looked to be in a rather silly mood, putting on quite the show for the on-hand photogs.

Wearing a cleavage-baring t-shirt, the petite brunette not only held a flower bud up to her chest while posing for the paps, but proceeded to prance around happily, and at one point opened her door to show off a dog while doing a “shhhh” signal with her finger.

All in all, Tila’s behavior seems very peculiar seeing as how her “wifey” was found dead just days ago.

While Casey Johnson's death has caused heartbreak for her friends and loved ones, it's also caused an ex-lover's tiff between two of the socialite's former girlfriends.

Since Johnson passed away last week, Tila Tequila has sent out over 75 Twitter messages. They've grown uglier over time, as Casey's fiancee has found herself under fire from many of Johnson's friends and family members.

Yesterday, for example, Nicky Hilton and Bijou Phillips came over to take Casey's dogs away from Tila. She called the police on them and has since Tweeted allegations that the two friends have put the canines to sleep.

"I guarantee that those poor little doggie has been put to sleep as I type this.... If any1 is an animal lover like me, putting a dog to sleep before it's time is just wrong & that's what they did."

Hilton and Phillips both deny they have any intention of taking this action against the animals.

Courtenay Semel and Tila Tequila were once happy and in love. But that was a long time ago.

Meanwhile, Tila has also typed out against those that claim she took advantage of Johnson, essentially making up their engagement for the sake of publicity.

"Casey Picked ME Over Her Family & Thats Why They R All Badmouthing Me in Press Cuz She Loved Me More," Tequila wrote. "I Can't Bring Her Back Now But At Least I know the Love Between us WAS REAL & They CAN NEVER TAKE THAT AWAY!"

Courtenay Semel isn't trying to take anything away.

But the ex-lover of both Johnson and Tequila is sick of the manner in which Tila is exploiting this tragedy. She told People magazine:

"The thing I find the most sickening is that the media is giving [her] the one thing she craves: attention. Tila, you knew her for a week."

Just a couple weeks before Johnson died, Tila went off on Courtenay, referring to her as a vile and evil person. Upon the death of their mutual acquiantance, it doesn't seem like this feud will be resting in peace any time soon.

That's about all we can say after reading a pair of tabloid covers featuring Angelina Jolie this week. Like clockwork, the Brad-Angelina-Jen gossip carousel keeps on turning, growing ever more scandalous (and hard to believe) by the week!

Today, two separate publications are alleging ridiculous Brangelina showdowns, the hilarious likes of which have been reported many times before:

Angelina Jolie recently "erupted on set" at Brad Pitt after discovering an "intimate gift" from Jennifer Aniston at their hotel, claims In Touch.
After his apparent cheating confession, Angelina violently attacked Brad, who sustained a bloody nose, according to the National Enquirer!
Man oh man, Angelina Jolie has really flown off the handle at Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston this time. The previous seven weeks had nothing on this meltdown!
Who would have guessed Angie would be so upset, given that she herself was cheating on Brad last week. At least that's what we read in the tabloids.

Also, how classic are the Enquirer cover pics? That could be anyone's hand, and the bloody nose shot of Brad may or may not be from this century.

Quit mailing 'em in like this, guys. You can't find one current photo of scruffy Brad for your made-up stories? You gotta try a little harder than that.

No surprise here. While we'll have to wait until Feb. 2 to see if Precious charms the Academy as much as it has the rest of the film-honoring world, the indie flick today added to its pre-Oscar momentum by steamrolling through the NAACP Image Award nominations.

Precious earned a leading eight Image Award nods, including Best Film, Best Screenplay, Best Director for Lee Daniels and a host of acting nods.

In fact, nearly everyone who logged screen time in the Harlem-set drama seemed destined for a nomination. As expected, Gabourey Sidibe scored a Best Actress nomination, and Mariah Carey, Mo'Nique and Paula Patton are all up for Supporting Actress. Lenny Kravitz is up in the Supporting Actor race.

But movie stars weren't the only ones getting in on the nominating action.

Grey's Anatomy led the TV nominees with six nominations, followed by Everybody Hates Chris and Tyler Perry's House of Payne, which scored four apiece. Ugly Betty was another multiple nominee with three nods.

On the music side, Jay-Z and Maxwell earned five nods apiece, while Alicia Keys nabbed three and Mary J. Blige, Rihanna and comeback kid woman Whitney Houston banked two each.

The awards—which honor not only movies but also TV, music and literature—will be handed out Feb. 26, with the ceremony set to air live on Fox.

Jennifer Lopez has more body confidence than ever.

The singer-and-actress' delight at the daring Paula Bradley-designed catsuit she sported for her appearance on 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve' last week was clear to see, says her make-up artist Scott Barnes.

He revealed: "She said, 'It looks cool, right?' She was so excited. She said 'I like it!' She was having such a good time and it really showed. She has confidence about her body. She's not hiding behind any insecurities."

Despite the raunchy outfit, Scott insists it is not as revealing as it seemed on television.

He explained to People magazine: "It was nude with black mesh over it. She wasn't that cold. It was like having a ski suit on underneath."

While mother-of-two Jennifer was comfortable with the outfit, Scott believes it took a lot of "guts" to wear something so revealing in public.

He added to People magazine: "The bodysuit is right up there with her Versace dress from the 2000 Grammy Awards. After a decade in the public eye, most women wouldn't have the guts to wear something like that but she is so confident. She's a woman and she celebrates it. Everyone else is trying to be a size zero but not her."

CABO SAN LUCAS, Mexico -- Rihanna is ringing in the New Year with a new man.

The "Rated R" songstress was photographed cuddling up with Los Angeles Dodgers star Matt Kemp at a resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on January 4.

Rihanna, 21, and Matt, 25, were reportedly introduced to each other through mutual friends in November.

An eyewitness at the resort in Mexico where the two were staying told People their affection for each other was quite obvious.

"[They] couldn't keep their hands off each other," the eyewitness told the mag. "[They] kept kissing while gazing out over the ocean."

And while their trip to Mexico isn't the first time the new couple has been spotted together - they were also reportedly seen shopping together at LA's trendy outdoor mall The Grove on December 22 - an agent for the baseball star said they are making the most of their time together.

Matt also reportedly accompanied Rihanna to Dubai, where she performed on New Year's Eve.

"They've only had a few opportunities to be together, but those times have been fun," Matt's agent, Dave Stewart, told People.

After being drafted in 2003 and spending several years in the minor leagues, Matt - whose on-field nickname is "The Bison" -- has played with the Dodgers since 2007.

Two weeks ago, when R&B singer Mary J Blige assaulted her husband Kendu, everyone in the industry wonder what was the root of the couple's problems.

The NY Newspapers suggest that the assault was caused by Kendu FLIRTING with waitresses.

But according to one of Drama Scene's inside SNITCHES, it was about MUCH MORE. Our Drama Scene Team claims that Mary is suspicious of her husband Kendu's relationship with one of his artist's, Laneah.

The insider tells us that Kendu (who is the head of Mary's MATRIARCH RECORDS) and Laneah have a "very strong" personal and professional relationship, and Mary suspects that there could be something MORE.

We're not sure WHAT to make of all this. We just hope that Mary doesn't OVERREACT. In our book,Mary has been through quite enough and this will just break our hearts to see her go through More Drama!!!!
